  • Some weeks, that might mean a longer, 2 or 3 hour deep-dive session focused on building core coping strategies.

Real-Time, Between-Session Support

You also get direct communication with Austin between sessions, along with an optional monthly 30-minute urgent phone call when time permits. Therapy Intensive

A Therapy Intensive closes that gap. It's accelerated therapy when you need it.  By providing consistent, focused care over a compressed timeframe, this model allows you to build rapid momentum, process challenges deeply, and develop life-changing skills at a pace that weekly therapy rarely allows.

Program Structure & Flow

Depending on your needs the program spans one to three weeks of structured, premium care designed to target what is keeping you stuck:

  • Phase 1: Mapping Your Goals: You begin with a comprehensive pre-program workbook and a one-hour pre-intensive interview. Both are designed to map your specific stressors, emotional triggers, and behavioral patterns so that treatment is targeted from day one.

  • Phase 2: The Core Intensive: The bulk of the program consists of focused sessions, multiple days a week for one to three weeks. Using proven, evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as EMDR, ERP, CBT and advanced behavioral frameworks), we address both the emotional and practical sides of your challenges.

  • Phase 3: Integration: A one-hour post-intensive interview wraps up the program.  Allows you to discuss next steps if you want to continue therapy with Austin, helping you seamlessly carry the insights and tools you've built back into your daily life.

Austin Bridges is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with more than a decade of experience specializing in OCD, Anxiety, Trauma, Sex Therapy including Out of Control Sexual Behavior.

Austin has OCD. That lived experience isn't just a personal detail; it's what makes him a different kind of therapist. He understands what it's like to be on the other side of this work, which means he brings both clinical expertise and genuine insight to every session.

Austin's approach is direct, personalized, and built around what actually works. Drawing from ERP, EMDR, CBT, and REBT, he tailors treatment to fit the specific needs, goals, and strengths of each person he works with. No cookie-cutter protocols. No one-size-fits-all answers.
