Concierge Therapy

OCD doesn't wait for your next appointment. It shows up at work, in your relationships, in the middle of the night when your brain won't stop looping. Concierge Therapy is designed around that reality, giving you sustained access to support that matches the way OCD actually operates in your life.

With four hours of therapy per month that you can schedule however works best, you have the flexibility to structure sessions around your needs rather than forcing your recovery into a rigid weekly slot. Some weeks that might mean a longer session focused on building your ERP skills. Other weeks, a shorter check-in to troubleshoot a new trigger is all you need.

You also get direct communication with Austin between sessions, along with a 30-minute urgent phone call when time permits. For OCD in particular, this kind of access matters. Compulsions are hardest to resist in the moment they're happening, and having a therapist who knows your patterns and can help you respond differently in real time can be the difference between reinforcing a cycle and breaking one.

This model is especially well-suited for anyone managing OCD alongside a demanding schedule, or for anyone who has found that traditional weekly sessions don't provide enough continuity to build real momentum in treatment.

Here is a quick breakdown of everything that comes with this premium care model:

  • 4 hours of flexible therapy per month

  • Direct line of communication with Austin

  • 30-minute urgent phone call access for real-time support

  • Tailored for busy, stressful schedules like yours!

Who This is Perfect For

Ideal for high-demand professionals who need immediate, on-demand support to break OCD loops exactly when they happen, rather than waiting for a weekly appointment.

OCD Intensive

OCD thrives on the space between sessions. The longer you go between treatment appointments, the more time the disorder has to reassert its patterns and convince you that your compulsions are necessary. An OCD Intensive closes that gap by giving you consistent, focused exposure work across multiple weeks, building skill and confidence at a pace that weekly therapy rarely allows.

The program spans three weeks and includes 21 total hours of structured treatment. You begin with a comprehensive pre-program workbook and a one-hour pre-intensive interview, both designed to map your specific obsessions, compulsions, and avoidance patterns so that treatment is targeted from day one. The core of the program consists of two-hour sessions, three days a week for three weeks, using ERP, CBT, and RF-ERP to address both the behavioral and mental sides of OCD. A one-hour post-intensive interview wraps the program and helps you carry what you've built into your daily life.

One of the advantages of this structure is that it treats mental compulsions with the same seriousness as physical ones. Through RF-ERP, you learn to recognize rumination as a compulsive behavior you can control, rather than something your brain is doing to you. For many people with OCD, especially those whose compulsions are largely internal, this is where the real shift happens.

The research on intensive OCD treatment is strong, with studies showing that concentrated exposure work can lead to meaningful and lasting symptom reduction. Because you're practicing new responses to your triggers day after day rather than once a week, the skills have a chance to take hold before OCD can pull you back into old patterns.

Flexible Sessions

If you're looking for specialized OCD treatment without committing to a structured program up front, Flexible Sessions offer a pay-as-you-go option with one- to two-hour appointments that you schedule on your terms.

The extended session length is important for OCD work specifically. Effective ERP requires enough time to build up to an exposure, sit with the discomfort, and process what happened afterward. In a standard 50-minute session, that sequence often feels rushed or incomplete. With one to two hours, there's room to do the work properly and leave the session with a genuine sense of what you accomplished.

You set the pace and frequency. Some clients come weekly while they're building foundational ERP skills. Others schedule sessions as needed around specific challenges or transitions. There's no retainer and no package required.

Flexible Sessions also work well as an entry point. If you're not sure whether an Intensive or Concierge model is right for you, this is a low-commitment way to experience Austin's approach to OCD treatment and get a feel for what extended, focused sessions can do.

Here is a quick breakdown of everything that comes with this premium care model:

  • Extended 1- to 2-hour sessions

  • Pay-as-you-go model with no retainers

  • Full control to schedule around specific challenges

  • A low-pressure way to experience Austin's specialized approach to OCD care!

Who This is Perfect For

This format works well for people who want specialized OCD care and evidence-based trauma treatment on their own terms, whether that means weekly sessions for a stretch, occasional sessions as needed, or something in between. There's no retainer, no package to buy, and no commitment before you know what works best for you.

About Austin Bridges

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

I have OCD. Most people wouldn't know that when they meet me, but it's true. I wanted to be someone who gets OCD from the inside out, doesn't sugarcoat what the work takes, and actually knows how to help you move through it.

After years of treating anxiety and OCD, I kept seeing the same thing: people working hard in weekly therapy, making slow progress, and wondering if it would ever really change. So I built something different.

With the right structure, the right support, and a treatment approach built specifically for OCD, real change doesn't have to take years. It can start in days.
